We are a young, small team in De Lier that keeps around a hundred flexible workers in work in greenhouse horticulture, food and production, and logistics. You know the clients by name, you know the crews by name, and the decision you made this morning shows up in the transport this afternoon.
How it works here
Short lines
No management layer between you and the decision. Meetings happen standing up, at the planning board on the wall.
You know the people
Our flex workers aren't numbers. You know who is in which vehicle and why that's different today.
Five languages
In the office we speak Dutch, English, Polish, Romanian and Bulgarian. That makes conversations fairer.
Seasonal rhythm
Spring and autumn are busy, winter is quieter. We handle those peaks together, and we make up for them together too.

Terms of employment
No bonus scheme with asterisks. A fixed salary, a car if you need to get out into the region, and time to do the job properly.
The procedure

Shadowing
Half a day observing at planning or on location, paid.

Within two days of shadowing you know where you stand.
