ABOUT US / FOUNDED IN 2026
A young staffing partner from De Lier that knows the work
Work4you! B.V. was founded in De Lier in 2026. Around a hundred flexible workers currently work through us in various sectors across the Netherlands. From day one we have been set up for the Wtta, the new admission system for staffing companies.

About Work4you! B.V.: staffing partner and NBBU member in De Lier
BACKGROUNDA staffing partner from De Lier
Work4you! B.V. is based at Jan van de Laarweg 22 in De Lier. From there we place flexible workers across the Netherlands: production workers for greenhouse horticulture, machine operators and production workers for food and production, and order pickers, forklift drivers and packers for logistics.
We are deliberately a compact organisation. You don't get a call centre on the line but the coordinator or planner who knows your business or your crew, even at weekends during the busiest weeks.
How we select flexible workers
For every placement we check identity and the right to work in the Netherlands. For jobs that require a certificate, such as forklift or reach truck, we record the document with its expiry date in the file and include that information in the proposal.
We also look at experience in the specific work. We won't put someone who has previously worked in a greenhouse on a meat-industry line without consulting you first. If a candidate is new to the work, we tell you in advance.
NBBU member, G-account and certifications
We are a member of the NBBU. SNA certification (NEN 4400-1) has been applied for; it audits every six months for payment of payroll taxes and VAT, identification and the right to work. SNF registration for our accommodation has been applied for. As an NBBU member we follow the collective labour agreement (cao) for Temporary Workers and the associated code of conduct, including the complaints procedure. We are also prepared for the Wtta (the Dutch Act on the admission of staffing agencies): under this system only admitted agencies may supply workers, and hirers may only work with admitted agencies.
The registration numbers are listed with the certifications on this page, so you can look them up yourself in the public registers.
Five languages in the office
A large share of the migrant workers who work through us come from Poland, Romania or Bulgaria. In the office we speak Dutch, English, Polish, Romanian and Bulgarian. We go through contracts, payslips and safety instructions in the worker's own language.
That isn't a service but a requirement: someone who doesn't understand what they are signing or what is asked of them on the work floor is at risk. And you share that risk.
