How we handle your data
Who we are
Work4you! B.V. (KvK 99976447) is the controller for the processing of your personal data. You can ask questions via info@work4you.nl or 0174 78 47 84.
What data we process
Name, phone number, e-mail address, preferred language, work experience, availability and, if you send it along, your CV. For clients we process the company name, contact person and the details of the request.
What for
To contact you about vacancies, to draw up a staffing proposal and, where there is an agreement, to handle contracts and administration. The legal basis is your consent or the performance of an agreement.
Retention period
We keep application data for a maximum of four weeks after the procedure ends, or for a maximum of one year with your consent. Other retention periods follow from the law.
Sharing with third parties
We only share data with clients to whom you are introduced, and with processors such as our administration system. We conclude a data processing agreement with processors.
Your rights
You can view, correct, delete or transfer your data, and withdraw your consent. To do so, send a message to info@work4you.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
