What we do

Work4you! B.V. is a staffing partner from De Lier, in the heart of the Westland, working across the Netherlands for greenhouse horticulture, food and production, and logistics. We work with tomato and cucumber growers and flower and plant businesses on production workers, with fresh produce processors and the meat industry on machine operators and packers, and with warehouses and distribution centres on order pickers and forklift drivers. This can be through temporary staffing, payroll or secondment.

Unlike an advert on a job site, a request to us lands with a coordinator who knows the sector. We don't just find people; we also arrange everything needed to get them to the workplace on time: contract, identity check, housing, transport and support in their own language. That way, international workers from Poland, Romania and Bulgaria are also well prepared on the shop floor from day one.

Hiring staff: one request, a proposal within one working day

You tell us how many flexible workers you need, for what work and from when. Within one working day you receive a proposal with available candidates, their experience and the start date. Temporary staffing is possible from one week, payroll from one month and secondment from six months. That way you can arrange both a short peak and a permanent worker for a longer period with one regular staffing partner.

During the assignment you have one regular contact person and receive a weekly hours report per worker and cost centre. We set pay scales according to the collective agreement that applies to your company and record the justification in writing, so that during an inspection you can show that the hirer's remuneration is correct.

For jobseekers: working in the Netherlands with housing

Anyone who works through us gets weekly pay, a decent place to live with a dedicated house manager and transport to the workplace: we arrange the commute. That applies to work in the greenhouse just as much as to work in production or the warehouse.

Our coordinators speak Dutch, English, Polish, Romanian and Bulgarian. We go through the contract, the payslip and the safety instructions in a language you understand before you start. We also tell you in advance what the work demands physically and what the housing costs per week.

We coordinate housing and transport for each assignment.

NBBU, G-account and certification

Work4you! B.V. is a member of the NBBU and works with a G-account. SNA and SNF certification have been applied for, and from the start we have been set up for the Wtta, the new admission system for staffing companies. Our accommodation has permanent house managers. Payment of the wage and contributions share goes through a G-account, which limits your liability as a hirer for payroll taxes and VAT. Every quarter we provide a statement of payment behaviour for your records.
